The air distribution version Zehnder InFloor works according to the same principle as the system Zehnder OnFloor, with the difference that round pipes are laid into the untreated floor. This version is optimal for new building projects.

Components
Zehnder ComfoTube ventilation pipe
Flexible air distribution pipe, outside ribbed, inside smooth according to DIN EN 60529, gas-tight and stable. The ComfoTube-75 can easily be laid in concrete, directly into the earth or in riser ducts and suspended ceilings. The Zehnder ComfoTube can be easily and quickly installed, it consists of new, pure, white HDPE and is delivered in rolls.
Click connector
The click connectors are used to couple two Zehnder ComfoTubes. The Zehnder ComfoTubes are connected without ridges, so that the flow cross-section remains constant.
Air distribution and collection box
Sound muffler, air distribution and collection box made of galvanised metal sheet designed for inserting a mounting plate for ComfoTube pipes at the side. The housing has a mounting flange for simple attachment to the wall, ceiling or floor. Connection to the ventilation system: DN 160 / DN 125.
Supply / exhaust air box (CLD)
Air throughput box for supply or exhaust air, incl. mounting brackets. The box is identical for all design cover-grids and facilitates connection of the Zehnder ComfoTube with a fixing slide.
Mounting plate
Connection plate made of a painted steel sheet for mounting flexible Zehnder ComfoTube ventilation pipes, fitting the on-wall distribution boxes with openings at the side or front. Simple and fast mounting of the Zehnder ComfoTube with patented fixing slide for air-tight connection. Suitable for installation on a concrete ceiling and for on-wall installation with O-ring seals (accessory). Delivery incl. slide for safe and simple fastening of the Zehnder ComfoTube.
Comfoduct
Sound-damping overflow element with galvanised metal sheet casing and plastic links, suitable for transferring a maximum of 30 m³/h through a wall of a thickness between 100 and 240 mm. The Comfoduct Standard can be fitted with the same grids that are used for the Zehnder Comfosystems CLD air outlets.
